Created at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, our recipe merges tradition with cutting-edge science, resulting in the first American beer brewed entirely with quinoa as the grain base. Brewed with the highest quality ingredients we can find, meli features nutrient-packed organic quinoa (which is gluten free, high in protein, and rich in vitamins and minerals), hops flowers (known for their anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant properties), and gluten free yeast. Mix it all together - plus some water and hard work - and you have our beer: gluten free, sugar free, non GMO, and vegan. At 4.4% ABV, it's a sessionable drink, ideal for any occasion."
