In their own words: "Our story is deeply rooted in our appreciation for quinoa and the culture of the Incas in the Andes Mountains of Peru." Our unique brewing process uses the highest quality gluten-free and organic ingredients, with Quinoa at the heart of every batch. As passionate beer enthusiasts, we recognized a lack of options for gluten-free beer in the market and saw an opportunity to offer a sustainable, clean beer with exceptional taste. In 2019, we partnered with Niagara College to bring this dream to life.
