In their own words: "We are Maryland’s first and only dedicated gluten free brewery. We get our malts from Grouse Malting which is also a gluten free malt house. Having a cidery previously has introduced and connected us to a large gluten free population with limited options for good food and drink. We have and will continue to create different high quality beers that will be gluten free and taste true to their style."
