In their own words: "We’re a dedicated gluten-free taproom and gathering space offering the community a place to celebrate, listen & kick back. The Well is a dedicated gluten-free taproom. All of our craft beers are brewed onsite using gluten-free ingredients, and we also feature gluten-free guest taps. Our food options are carefully curated to be gluten-free as well. We make our gluten free-beer using naturally gluten-free malt that is made with local, ancient grains like millet and buckwheat. We source gluten-free malt from our in-house sister company, Grouse Malt House."
